In this series of drawings I have used the subtitles of the film Baisers Volés (Stolen Kisses) by Francois Truffaut, so every drawing has a different subtitle. The image, which is traced by hand is the same in all drawings: it is a drawing I made of the tv set, when switched off, so the image is actually the reflection of the room on the glass of the tv, as the room is lit by the natural source of bright light, which makes it impossible to make out anything broadcasted on tv. |
